Metagame tutors Empty Metagame tutors

So I was thinking about maybe setting up a metagame tutors thing, To help the newbs(like myself) with understanding the metagame properly, Like IVs EVs and such

This is just an interest thread so...Discuss

I was thinking of setting something like this up too. It seems like a good idea to train up more people. I don't know much, but I'd say I know enough to give a basic grounding for a new player.
